Founded in 2014 and represented by its self-propelled grinder that year, the brand quickly gained recognition from contractors worldwide. With core technologies such as speed cruise grinding, battery-powered transport, ramp grinding, and gear-driven productivity, it frees contractors from high labor intensity, enhances efficiency and quality, and boosts confidence in large-scale projects. Subsequently, HTG launched remote-controlled models with varying working widths. Thanks to its proprietary remote control, wheel drive technology, and exclusive gear transmission technology, the entire series of remote-controlled machines has become a hit in the international market.

Gear Driven Technology

As early as 3,000 years ago, our ancestors began to use primitive gear transmission technology to achieve precise transmissions, such as China's compass, modern clocks, and waterwheels. Gear transmission technology is considered as one of the most mature means of power transmission today. HTG grinders are gear-driven, making them very powerful for cutting, preparation, and polishing.

REMOTE CONTROL & SERVO MOTOR TECH

The remote control system is entirely developed by HTG. The HMI screen on the remote unit provides clear insight into the machine's operating parameters, enabling more precise adjustments and control. The centralized motor, wheel, water, LED light, and ON/OFF switch on the unit streamline your operation. The infinite steering joystick adjusts the machine's direction based on the pressure applied to the joystick, providing a tactile feel. It's a testament to HTG's proud technology.

The maintenance-free vector-balanced servo drive offers improved reliability and reduced downtime, it’s uptime, precision, and efficiency critical.

The power battery simplifies transportation by enabling cable-free movement for up to 30 minutes, particularly useful for ramp transport (up to 30 degrees).
